  • "Content" refers to text, images, audio, and other materials you upload or include in your customized Template.

  • "Paystack" refers to our third-party payment processor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age to form a binding contract
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of Kenya or your jurisdiction

4. Account and Payment Information

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Paystack:

  • M-Pesa (Mobile Money)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank Transfers (where available)

4.3 Email Requirement for Payment

An email address is required during checkout. This email is used for:

  • Payment verification and transaction confirmation
  • Sending your customized template download link
  • Order history and receipt delivery
  • Communication regarding your purchase

We do not share your email with third parties except as necessary to process your payment through Paystack.

4.4 Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4.5 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • The template file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
  • The template does not match the description on our website

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@alpharayn.com with your order reference number.

5. License and Usage

5.1 Personal Use License

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license to:

  • Download and customize the purchased Template
  • Share the customized HTML file with your intended recipient
  • Use the Template for personal, non-commercial purposes

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Template (customized or uncustomized)
  • Use the Template for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Remove or alter our copyright notices or branding from the Template
  • Use the Template to create competing products or services
  • Upload the Template to public repositories or file-sharing sites
  • Use the Template for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes

5.3 Intellectual Property

All Templates, designs, code, and related materials are the intellectual property of Alpha Vayn. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Template as specified above; it does not transfer ownership.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or include in your customized Template, including:

  • Text messages and names
  • Audio files (songs, voice recordings)
  • Images or other media

6.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Violates the privacy rights of others

6.3 Content Storage

User-uploaded content (such as audio files) is stored on Cloudflare R2 secure storage. We retain this content for 30 days after your purchase to allow for re-downloads, after which it may be deleted.

7. Customization and Downloads

7.1 Customization Window

After successful payment,please customize your template immediately and don't close the customization page fail to you may need to repurchase.

7.2 Download Limitations

Each purchase includes up to 1 downloads of your customized Template. This limit prevents abuse while allowing for accidental re-downloads.

7.3 File Compatibility

Our Templates are HTML files that work in modern web browsers. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with outdated browsers or devices.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services:

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Templates will work on all devices or browsers
  • Your customized Template will achieve any specific emotional response from the recipient

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Vayn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Abusive or illegal use of our Templates
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
